Dolphin Excursion

Discover the fascinating marine life of Puerto Escondido on our unforgettable dolphin excursion!

 

**Itinerary:**

The day begins with pickup at your accommodation at 6:30 a.m. Once aboard our comfortable transport, we will take you to the beautiful bay where the adventure begins.

 

Upon arrival, you will be assigned your seat and provided with a life jacket for safety before boarding our boat.

 

Set sail on an exciting 2-3 hour excursion, where you will have the opportunity to observe fascinating marine life, including turtles, manta rays, and, of course, playful dolphins. As we cruise along the stunning coastline, you will also visit the picturesque beaches of Puerto Escondido, which offer spectacular views along the way.

 

If you are up for an adventure, don't forget to bring your swimsuit and a towel, as you may have the exciting opportunity to snorkel with the dolphins.

 

After this exciting excursion, we will return to the bay, where our transportation will take you back to your accommodation, leaving you with unforgettable memories of a magical experience.

Hot Springs

 On this tour departing from Puerto Escondido you will go through the small town of San Jose Manialtepec where you will start your journey on horseback. Enjoy a quiet ride on a path with beautiful vegetation, having the opportunity to be in contact with nature, observe the variety of birds, trees and plants of the region.

We will stop in Atotonilco, this destination is characterized by its hot springs. Enjoy a curative thermal bath that we assure you will comfort you to continue the tour on horseback back to the town of San Jose Manialtepec.

Bioluminescence

Experience one of nature’s most dazzling spectacles!

Your evening begins with comfortable round-trip transportation from your accommodation to one of two breathtaking locations — Laguna Manialtepec or Chacahua — chosen according to the season and where the bioluminescence shines brightest.

As the sun sets, you’ll board a guided boat ride across calm waters, where your local guide will share fascinating insights about this rare natural phenomenon — caused by microscopic organisms that glow when the water moves.

Then, watch the magic unfold as each splash and ripple lights up with a mysterious blue glow. Some nights even invite you to dip a hand — or a toe — into the sparkling water for a closer look.

Chacahua

We begin the adventure heading to the town of Zapotalito, where we will board a boat to get lost in the labyrinths of muddy islands and floating islands formed by mangroves, enjoying their beautiful landscapes.

During the tour we will be able to admire a variety of endemic birds of the coast.

We will reach the bocabarra where the lagoon meets the sea, there we will be able to enjoy the gastronomy of the place, we will have time to swim and enjoy the lagoon and the sea.

Turtle Release

The coasts of Oaxaca especially the beaches of Puerto Escondido and surroundings are home to 4 of the 7 species of sea turtles that inhabit the world.  We will go outside of Puerto Escondido to turtle sanctuaries and every person will release a turtle to help improve the turtle population.

Waterfalls

The magical waterfalls of Copalitilla are one hour from Huatulco. This adventure begins with a walk to the well-known magic waterfalls, a place where the crystal clear river flows forming shallow pools of water. In the landscape you can enjoy and get to know cocoa trees, coffee, ceibas, mahogany and parota.
You will have enough time to swim and enjoy the day.

Magical Beaches

THIS TOUR DEPARTURES BETWEEN 8:30 AND 9:00 AM (please eat breakfast before) 

The first part of the adventure begins in Ventanilla with a lagoon tour.  Next we travel to Mazunte to see a natural cosmetics factory. Continuing south we relax a little on  the famous nudist beach of Zipolite.

Lunch will be on the beach in Puerto Angel and you may swim. Sunset will be at Punta Cometa in Mazunte.

Sunset Horseride

Get ready for the adventure of a lifetime as we head off from Puerto Escondido towards Puerto Suelo. On arrival, you'll be given your very own horse to join the cavalcade, taking you on a journey through the breathtaking landscapes of our stunning coast.
Once we reach the lagoon, we'll all hop in a canoe and cross it. During this adventure, you'll get to witness the horses swimming – it's an unforgettable experience! After that, we'll ride along the beach, take a refreshing stop to cool off and relax, and watch the sunset. Then, we'll make our way back, full of memories and new friends.

Glide through Golden Tranquility At Manialtepec Lagoon

Start your morning with a 6:00 a.m. pickup and head out for an unforgettable water adventure at the stunning Manialtepec Lagoon. At 6:30 a.m., we arrive at the lagoon and begin the tour by paddleboard or kayak, gliding through calm waters surrounded by mangroves and rich wildlife.

Explore this protected natural area with a certified guide as you observe birds, lush mangroves, and the peaceful beauty of the lagoon. We paddle to Gallo Island, where you’ll have time to relax and enjoy the untouched paradise and connect with nature in one of Oaxaca’s most beautiful ecosystems.

After completing the tour, we return to Puerto Escondido at approximately 11:00 a.m.

We continue to the nesting area at Puerto Suelo Beach, where you’ll witness a stunning sunset by the sea, enjoy a cozy bonfire, and roast marshmallows as the sky fades into night.

On the return journey, we pass through the lagoon’s bioluminescent zone—bioluminescence is subject to natural conditions and may not always be visible. When conditions allow, you’ll have the chance to swim in the warm lagoon waters, creating glowing trails of light around you.
